Damn. This may be the most exciting trailer I’ve seen so far this year. It seems Brandon Cronenberg was influenced by his dear old dad, David. This clip is fucking creepy. It takes place in the near future during a time when celebrity obsession has reached an all-time high. The latest trend allows you to get closer to your favorite celebrity than ever before—you can infect yourself with their diseases.

It stars Caleb Landry Jones who plays a worker at the Lucas Clinic, the facility that created the celebrity infestation trend.

That’s all I’ll say for now. Oh and the sound in the trailer is awesome.

No release date is set as of this posting. The film showed to strong reviews at Cannes and will screen at the Toronto International Film Festival next month.
