Chick-Fil-A Graffiti Is A ‘Heartfelt Eulogy For The Frogs’
It seems a Chick-Fil-A billboard in Nashville was graffiti’d by a fan of the late “homoerotic, comedic, lo-fi rock group The Frogs”. A banner reading ‘It’s Only Right And Natural’ covers the Chick-Fil-A logo. A Frogs’ album of the same name was released in 1989. Lead singer Dennis Flemion drowned in a lake in Wisconsin last month. He was 57. A source was quoted as saying the tag was indeed a ‘heartfelt eulogy for The Frogs.’
Of course the Southern-based fast food chain has long been a supporter of anti-gay groups and its CEO Dan Cathy recently spoke out against gay people and gay marriage. Now, people either love or hate Chick-Fil-A even more than they did before he expressed his opinion.
The Frogs’ work consisted of often silly satiric songs skewering homophobia and political correctness. A few of their songs include, ‘God Is Gay’, ‘Been A Month Since I Had A Man’, and ‘Dykes We Are’.
