Probably my favorite designer working right now—Mary Katrantzou. She was born in Greece and currently works in London. Mary takes bold prints and digitally prints them onto each garment. I love the sheer audacity of them, the exuberance, the colors. She first caught my eye when Lizzie Tisch wore a Katrantzou dress to the Met Gala. Those dresses were inspired by the Jeff Koons Easy-Fun Ethereal paintings. J’adore.
