I started KELLYGREEN [blog] in March of 2012 after I realized I needed to get back to myself. I had worked in Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising for big and very big retail companies. After about 17 years of that, I needed to take a break. I realized it was more important for me to go back to my roots. To do Phil. I have a background in painting and design, where I created my own things. This is why I’m here. I need to create my own thing and put it out there. I hope you like it.
I will take everything I learned from those companies and use it to empower myself and hopefully, eventually, you. I want my blog to be informative and funny. To be easy. I want to share cool things with other like minded people. Movies, music, art, design, and fashion. Stupid pop culture things sometimes too. I’ll start small and work hard. I’ll eat cat food if I have to. It won’t be a success without you. Hopefully I can grow KG[b] to a point where it involves the readers more and more over time. I’d love your help. The first bag of Whiskas is on me!
